The counter-balanced power drive lift is perfect for die loading, machine feeding, and loading or unloading trucks. It features a high-torque drive and lift motor for heavy-duty tasks. The ergonomic handle includes an easy-to-operate throttle with infinite forward and reverse speed adjustments, lift/lower controls, a proprietary emergency reverse function, and a horn. The emergency reverse function, when activated, reverses the direction of the unit, moving it forward away from the operator until the switch is released or after five seconds. If the switch is held for more than five seconds, the safety circuit disables the unit, requiring a reset for normal operation. This advanced safety feature offers significant operator protection.
The unit also includes an electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the handle is released. The powered lift comes with lead-acid deep cycle batteries, an integral battery charger, and a battery level gauge. It rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels. High serviceability simplifies maintenance and extends equipment life. Adjustable forks accommodate various pallets, and the easily accessible battery compartment simplifies battery maintenance. A horn is included for additional safety.
