The fully powered electric pallet truck offers quick and efficient operation, allowing for easy raising and lowering of loads with the push of a button. This unit is designed to maneuver loads seamlessly in warehouses and trailers. Reinforced welded forks with adjustable tie-rods ensure long-lasting service. The high-torque DC drive and lift motors are built for heavy-duty tasks. The pallet truck includes an integral battery charger, battery level gauge, and emergency battery disconnect. It rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels. The ergonomic handle features an easy-to-operate throttle with infinite adjustments for forward and reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, a proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function, and a horn. When the emergency reverse function is activated, the belly switch reverses the unit's direction instantly, moving it forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released or after 1.5 seconds. The built-in safety circuit will disable the entire unit if the switch is held for more than 1.5 seconds, requiring a reset to return to normal operation. This advanced safety feature provides exceptional operator protection. The truck also includes an electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the handle is released. Additionally, a stand-on platform that flips up when not in use is included.
