The semi-automatic stretch wrap machine is designed to accommodate larger carousel sizes with foot switch-controlled rotation. The variable AC motor allows for adjustable deck speed and features a soft-start/stop function. Film-wrap tension is managed through an adjustable friction-brake assembly. Film placement is manually controlled by moving the carriage assembly up and down the vertical mast. An easy-to-release, hand-operated carriage brake allows the carriage to move freely, making film application quick and simple. The system accepts material from 10 to 20 inches wide. The unit ships with the mast disconnected for easy setup—simply raise the mast and clamp it into place.
